1- What inspired you to do modeling? Was there a point early in your life that sparked your interest? 

I loved to be photographed ever since I was a child, but for a long time I thought would not get a chance to start modeling, then in the late summer of 2001 somebody approached me in a club and asked me if I would try to start an alternative model career,
I didn't even know that alternative amateur modeling even existed.

2- You have dark elements to your style, was there an event or moment that made you decide on your style? 

In my private life I am in the German gothic scene since 1998. I met somebody at school, who was always dressed in black, I was fascinated and a few weeks later I wore black clothes only, too and started listening to dark music.

5- Do you enjoy regular photo-shoots? or ones where you get to play a character? 

Both and I enjoy to play several roles, I love to show 1000 different faces. Of course to play a character is always very interesting, so this year I was Mellum ( Gollum style ), I was an elf and in July my make up reminded on Alma Wade ( F.E.A.R. )
I was playing a horror kid, that was amazing! 
Generally I have a very black sense of humor and I also like "ugly" photo themes, I love striking pictures, I love weird pictures, if I model regular, I wear dark fashion because in my private life I am a gothic girl.

6- What other interest do you have besides modeling? 

My hobbies are : Watching TV, going to the movies, surfing the internet, meeting friends, celebrating the nights in clubs, listening to music, doing crossword puzzles, editing pictures, writing poems, drawing, and reading.

7- Are there any significant projects or events you are looking forward to in the coming months? 

I never plan projects for a few months in advance, I am planning more on the spur of the moment.
What will I do for example in Christmas time ? I don't know... We will see... :)

Nox Misery - Feature model #3 2/2013

Introducing Nox Misery: Artist, Model, Dancer- Exclusive Interview/pictures

1- What inspired you to do modeling? Was there a point early in you life that sparked your interest?
Well… once I thought it would be a great idea to have some new profile pictures. So I went out to a cemetery with a good friend of mine to make some photographs. I soon recognized that it was great fun to pose and to “play” with the scenery. That’s why I’ve registered myself in a German model community and soon I got some offers for shootings. And here we are!

2- Your style is in underground, goth, and metal, was there an event or moment that made you decide on this style?
I always felt kind of different to all other children… it was a little problematic, because they didn’t understand my way of thinking – of course they didn’t. I dressed black before I even knew about a thing called “Gothic Scene” or something else… Later, when I was 16 and going out, I saw the first Goths and… yeah, decided to keep on being myself. It was absolutely “fitting”.

3- Name some of your favorite music or bands?
Oh, let’s see… Marilyn Manson of course, then Suicide Commando and many many other great bands and musicians from every kind of music style – except Hip Hop and stuff.

4- Name some of your accomplishments or highlights of your career so far?
I think, my greatest accomplishments are my advanced skills of make-up artistic and designing and sewing clothes and jewelry. 
There is one great highlight in my career so far… I was on the cover of the Dark Spy Magazine which is sold all over Europe. It was a major honor to me and also great fun.

5- Do you enjoy regular photoshoots? or ones where you get to play a character?
I always try to be myself. I don’t like cosplay things and stuff. I’d rather be myself, express myself with things I’ve produced and which originate from my mind. Yes, it’s exhausting sometimes. But it’s worth it!

6- What other interest do you have besides modeling?
I LOVE my little rabbit Jack. He brings so much fun in my life, I’ll never get rid of him ;) he’s my little sunshine. I also have some other hobbies… drawing, painting, listening to music, going out with friends, reading - of course and my newest one: collecting old books from my favorite author Richard Adams.

7- Are there any significant projects or events you are looking forward to in the coming months?
Oh there will be lots of new shootings and I can’t wait any longer! At the moment I’m working on the stuff for the next shoot which is really necessary. Poorly, it’ll take some time because it’s very time-consuming. Unfortunately I can’t give more information to you… it’ll be some kind of surprise ;)

1- What inspired you to do modeling? Was there a point early in your life that sparked your interest?

- My inspiration at first was simply, that I wanted some pretty pictures of me. After my first shooting I realized that it’s a lot of fun for me and since 2010 its also a way to express myself.

                        

             

2- You have a unique style, was there an event or moment that made you decide on your style?

- I remember that moment when I started to get into goth-styles and the music. It was in school when me and another girl (now one of my best friends) went to the same art-class and got to know each other. She was such a cute gothic-girl and we became friends. It was love at first sight, with her and the gothic-lifestyle.

                                 

3- Name some of your favorite music or bands?

 - My favourite band is Placebo, as you can see by my tattoos  I also love Depeche mode, Zola jesus and Combichrist for example. But I really like every type of music! I just have my favourite music like rock, pop and alternative electronic styles.

4- Name some of your accomplishments or highlights of your career so far?

 - Well I haven’t got so much to tell, I think one cool highlight was my picture in the biggest German tattoo magazine. What I really liked also, was when a girl recognized me whilst grocery-shopping. That was fun!

5- Do you enjoy regular photoshoots? or ones where you get to play a character?

- I never have any regular shooting. Everything I do is a special idea I had in my mind, sometimes I model my own characters.

6- What other interest do you have besides modeling?

- Besides modelling I do a lot of painting and drawing. I had an exhibition a few years ago with my paintings. I also love sewing! Right now I am working on my own collection. I’m on planning doing more dresses!

7- Are there any significant projects or events you are looking forward to in the coming months?

- I’m looking forward to my collection and the photographers and shoots I have planned in 2013

Amethyst Wynter - Feature model #1 2/2013

Its an honor to introduce everyone to Amethyst Wynter. She is my first featured model for this month. This listing includes exclusive photos and interview plus links to her other sites.

1- What inspired you to do modeling? Was there a point early in you life that sparked your interest?
I started modeling after my boyfreind at the time now husband said I should and brought a camera over and we hung up a white sheet on the ceiling with thumb tacs and the rest is history , but before that I was asked by barbazon modeling school to come and apply and I did and they said I didn't need to waste my money and time at the school because I didn't need it.

2- Your style is in underground, goth, and metal, was there an event or moment that made you decide on this style?
I always wanted to dress this way and my parents were christian church goers and when I got with my bf now husband who was a metalhead they lost it, but once they got to know him and see how laid back he was and realized he could teach them not to care what people thought about them they warmed up to him and started letting me dress in all black but recently I've went more slutty black metal and hippi cause I love bright colors and trippy color spirals so I mix the goth and metal look with trippy hippi styles , but I'm just me I don't really label myself.

3- Name some of your favorite music or bands?
Devildriver, Cradle of Filth, Norther, Kalmah, Dream Theater, the list goes on but mostly metal.

4- Name some of your accomplishments or highlights of your career so far?
I have modeled for Netherbird, I have gotten in Aea zine, I will be in sme magazine tits and tats, I will be getting the cover for Aea zine when I get the chance to take some exclusive photos for that issue, I have turned down playboy, hustler, and penthouse and hustler tabboo, all 3 times , I have my own website and a lot of fans. and I've made a lot of friends as well.

5- Do you enjoy regular photoshoots? or ones where you get to play a character?
Well both actually I love band photoshoots but I love dressing up and wearing cosplay and costumes like dark wiccan princess and nurse outfits and I'm looking at other outfits as well like sexy firefighter outfit, I like to please the fans and I've already appealed to the metal heads so I want to appeal to the normal fans I have as well.

6- What other interest do you have besides modeling?
I love photo editing for bands logos as well as playing video games and helping out in the recording studio I also love working on my 67 and 68 Camaro muscle cars.

7- Are there any significant projects or events you are looking forward to in the coming months?
Just modeling and promoting and making new fans and friends and when it warms up taking some sexy bikini photos.
