 1- Hello and welcome to Metal Music Midwest. Our readers are excited to get to know you and your band. Could you give us a brief description of the group? Where is the band from? Hi! Thank you for having us! We're Roberto (lead singer), Andrea (bassist), Stefano (drummer) and Matteo (guitarist), four people from Northern Italy with a strong passion for metal music. We started out as a band in 2017 and we have just released the second full-length album. 2- "Tearing Your Soul Apart" is the band's upcoming EP. How long did it take to compose and record it? We spent around a year composing songs.   1- Hello and welcome to Metal Music Midwest. Our readers are excited to get to know you and your band. Could you give us a brief description of the group? Where is the band from? Yes of course, We are Helgrindur a Pagan Metal band from Germany City: Solingen (the city of the sharpest blades and knifes) in north Rhine Westphalia. For now, we are four members  -Beast on Vocals. Gia Rhythm guitar (my twin brother). Flemming Lead guitar and me Alessandro (Alex) drummer. Our Story is me and my Brother had the idea back in 2010 to start a Pagan oriented Metal band where we can make songs about old fantasy and mythological stories. First we had some Folkish influences with some “traditional instruments like Back pipes “. We are a metal band formed in 2019 in Warsaw, Poland. 2- "Alterego" is the band's upcoming single. How long did it take to compose and record it? "Alterego" was a project that took some time to come together. First riffs were recorded 2 years ago then it went through several phases of composition and refinement before we hit the recording studio.  1- Hello and welcome to Metal Music News and Interviews. Our readers are excited to get to know you and your band. Could you give us a brief description of the group? Where is the band from? Hey! After Infinity is a new Finnish heavy/power metal band. Our music is a nice combination of heavy riffs, catchy melodies and symphonic orchestra with some unexpected twists here and there. 2- "A Game of Chess" is the band's upcoming single. How long did it take to compose and record it? We started writing songs for the upcoming album in 2021. Once all the songs were ready and demoed, we recorded most of the instruments in the summer and autumn of 2022. The last recordings took place in the spring of 2023, and we went into mixing.   1- Hello and welcome to Metal Music News and Interviews. Our readers are excited to get to know you and your band. Could you give us a brief description of the group?  Where is the band from? Corndog: Hey everyone I’m Corndog, I play drums for the band. We are a horror metal band originally from the Yukon, but we are now based in Toronto. The band consists of me and my older brother, We’ve been playing together as The Animal Warfare Act since 2018, but individually we’ve both played music since we were like four.  Hopskotch: I’m Hopskotch, guitarist and vocalist. I was in a lot of bands as a teenager, but The Animal Warfare Act is definitely the band I always wanted to be in. We’ve released a couple DIY albums but are in the studio a lot these days working on some more professionally made releases. We’ll be dropping a whole bunch of new music over the next year or so. Melting Rot live performance photos at Reggies

Melting Rot is a grindcore band from Aurora IL. Formed in 2017 and have released two EPs, A split and a Full Length. The photo gallery featured here are photos taken at Reggies on August 14 2023 as part of Sacramentum tour coming thru Chicago. The band played second on the bill. Photos were captured with Sony A6300 and Canon 50mm FD lens. They were then edited using lightroom with a few adjustments. There is also some short footage of their music featured below.  The weather was harsh as the show time approached several storms began to roll in and made it difficult for travel. Regardless of the rain which came down hard, many trooped it out and were there in time to see the performances. Each band played a short set to accommodate for time. The show was seventeen plus and the venue wanted to make sure not to run late. Everything ran very smoothly without any issues and all the bands brought their best to the stage.  I used PowerDirector to edit the video and audio. Audio was adjusted a
