 1- Hello and welcome to Metal Music Midwest. Our readers are excited to get to know you and your band. Could you give us a brief description of the group? Where is the band from? Hi! Thank you for having us! We're Roberto (lead singer), Andrea (bassist), Stefano (drummer) and Matteo (guitarist), four people from Northern Italy with a strong passion for metal music. We started out as a band in 2017 and we have just released the second full-length album. 2- "Tearing Your Soul Apart" is the band's upcoming EP. How long did it take to compose and record it? We spent around a year composing songs. As for the recording, it took us two weeks and the album was produced at Audiocore studio, near the city of Parma. 3- What musical influences inspire the band's compositions? Well, we actually all have different tastes concerning our musical genre. Therefore, some of the bands that inspired and influenced us are Pantera, Sepultura, Machinehead, Lamb of God, Decapitated, and

Yes of course, We are Helgrindur a Pagan Metal band from Germany City: Solingen (the city of the sharpest blades and knifes) in north Rhine Westphalia. For now, we are four members  -Beast on Vocals. Gia Rhythm guitar (my twin brother). Flemming Lead guitar and me Alessandro (Alex) drummer. Our Story is me and my Brother had the idea back in 2010 to start a Pagan oriented Metal band where we can make songs about old fantasy and mythological stories. First we had some Folkish influences with some “traditional instruments like Back pipes “. But we quickly figured out, that the Folkish metal aspect wasn’t good for our musical feeling or our musical direction 2011-2013 we released our Demo Songs (homemade ). We are a metal band formed in 2019 in Warsaw, Poland. 2- "Alterego" is the band's upcoming single. How long did it take to compose and record it? "Alterego" was a project that took some time to come together. First riffs were recorded 2 years ago then it went through several phases of composition and refinement before we hit the recording studio. The recording process itself was spread over a few months to ensure we achieved the sound and quality we wanted for this track 3- What musical influences inspire the band's compositions? Our music draws inspiration from a wide range of musical influences within the metal genre. Bands like for example Lamb of God or In Flames have been inspirations for us to some level.
